How long have you been involved in graphic design and web development?
I’ve been immersed in the world of design for over a decade now, having studied graphic design in college and honed my skills through hands-on experience. As for web development, I’ve been self-teaching for the past three years, surrounding myself with expert teachers of in their respective fields of work, and continuously striving to expand my knowledge and expertise in this ever-evolving field. Each project I undertake is an opportunity to learn and grow, and I’m grateful for the journey that has led me to where I am today.
What is your turnaround time for project completion?
Turnaround times vary based on project complexity and scope. Rest assured, I prioritize efficiency without compromising quality, striving to meet agreed-upon deadlines. Before the project begins, I will provide a comprehensive breakdown.
Do you work with every client who approaches you?
While I strive to accommodate all clients, I prioritize maintaining high-quality service and personal attention. Therefore, I may limit the number of projects I undertake to ensure each client receives the dedicated support they deserve.
How do you handle client communication and feedback?
Communication is key! I maintain open channels via email, phone calls, text messages, and video meetings. Your feedback is valued and incorporated at every stage of the process to ensure your satisfaction. This is also why there is a Consultation Call that we will have before the project contract is presented. This is to ensure that the project is a fit for both You and I.
Are there limitations on the revisions or iterations allowed during the project?
I believe in collaboration and iterative refinement to achieve the best results. While there’s no strict limit on revisions, we will work together to streamline the process and ensure timely progress. After completion of the initial buildout, additional features and updates may be extra. We will discuss this before Contract signing.
How do you handle confidentiality and privacy concerns?
Your confidentiality is paramount. I adhere to strict privacy policies and can sign non-disclosure agreements upon request to safeguard your sensitive information and intellectual property. If you wish to not share your project on my website as a portfolio piece, we will discuss this at that time.
What is your payment structure?
I typically require an initial deposit of (50%) to commence work, followed by milestone payments at key project stages. The specific payment structure is outlined in the project contract, which we’ll discuss and finalize before starting the project.
Is there a minimum commitment required for engagement?
I tailor my services to your needs, whether it’s a one-time project or ongoing collaboration. There’s no minimum commitment, allowing flexibility to adapt to your business requirements. Each project has its own Budget and Price Independently.
What happens if my project needs change midway through development?
Flexibility is key! I adapt to evolving project needs and am open to discussing adjustments to scope, timelines, and deliverables as necessary to ensure your satisfaction. That being said, additional compensation might be needed in regard to amount of work completed at the time.
Do you offer maintenance and support services post-launch?
Maintenance and support are included with our hosting plans, ensuring your website remains secure and up-to-date. For projects not enrolled in a hosting plan, maintenance services are available on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional compensation.
