darrigo.design is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit the contact form, notify-me signup, newsletter form, or testimonial form, we collect the information you provide (typically name, email, and message content). These flows save your email to our database for the purpose you requested — they do not create a public website account. Client portal login is separate: only invited clients may optionally set a password after opening a magic link from us. We also retain standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
2. How We Use Your Information
Submissions are used to respond to inquiries, send project or launch updates you requested, and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Email Communications
We send from compartmentalized addresses: hello@darrigo.design (inquiries), info@darrigo.design (newsletter — list signup only, no account), notifications@darrigo.design (automated build/launch alerts you opt into on the Work page — not a contact address), and support@darrigo.design (active client portal projects). All forward to the same monitored inbox. Newsletter emails include unsubscribe instructions; we honour opt-out requests promptly.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate, privacy-focused traffic metrics (no individual profiling). An optional first-visit interactive gate may store a session flag in your browser's session storage so you are not prompted again during the same visit. Supabase authentication cookies are used for admin login and optional client portal password login only — not for newsletter or notify-me signups.
5. Third-Party Services
We use: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection on forms), and optionally Sentry (error monitoring). Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
6. Data Security
All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Form data is stored in a private database with row-level security. Admin access requires authenticated accounts on an allowlist.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Contact hello@darrigo.design or support@darrigo.design and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be noted with a revised date at the top of this page.
