AI in the product
I add AI by calling a third-party model, such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude, from inside the product. The provider's terms govern that data. I do not host the model.
Inside an engagement
- Assistants, retrieval, and knowledge bases
- Workflow automation with a human review point
- A model chosen for the job, through that provider's API
- Evaluation so the feature can be trusted in production
I do not bolt a public chatbot onto a site and call it a product.
